Ladies Day at LAKESHORE PENTECOSTAL CAMP
Ladies, Registration is now open. Make sure to register here to let them know that you are coming so that they can prepare tea, coffee, special treats, and so much more. Registration is free for the day; however the CVC women's Ministry is doing a group lunch that is $15.00. Please do not pay for the lunch through LAKESHORE PENTECOSTAL CAMP. We will do our own lunch at May Baptie's trailer. The $15.00 lunch fee can be paid to CVC by etransfer or through the offering - please mark special ladies day in etransfer or on your offering envelope. Please send etransfers to info@cvchurch.ca
Please come prepared. We will take up two offerings: one for our 2025 Life Funds initiative and a second to help cover the cost of our growing Ladies’ Days, ensuring that we can continue blessing the Women of our District.
This years guest speaker is Marilyn Skinner
Marilyn is co-founder of Watoto Church. In 1984, during a time of civil war, together with her husband Gary, they planted this local church in Kampala, Uganda to speak hope and life to the nation.
Through Watoto, thousands of orphans and abandoned babies have been placed in families, child soldiers have been rescued and over 30,000 girls kept in school.
She is committed to restoring dignity to vulnerable women by giving them a hand up. In 2008, she founded Neighbourhood, a Watoto ministry that continues to reach out and empower women and girls in Africa.
A passionate speaker, her encouragement and inspiration is impacting people all around the world.
Invite your Friends, coworkers, sisters, and neighbours to join you. Prepare your heart and make room for Him to move. We are expectant and excited about all that God will do!
