Refined Women's Ministry

Refined aims to provide a safe place where women develop meaningful relationships. We strive to lead women into a growing relationship with God, and to equip, encourage and support the unique needs of women (Tit. 2:3-5). Furthermore, we want to inspire women to spiritual maturity so that they would make a difference in the lives of all they meet.
4 Keys to Hearing Gods Voice
A 10-week study on Tuesday Nights at 7pm starting Tuesday March 3rd with Pastor Allen Fontaine.
Mark Virkler’s “4 Keys to Hearing God’s Voice” offers a, practical, four-step framework—Stillness, Vision, Spontaneity, and Journaling—to help believers recognize God's voice in their daily lives. The method encourages Quieting the mind, fixing eyes on Jesus, listening for spontaneous thoughts, and recording them.
Let’s face it. The idea of hearing God’s voice can sometimes sound weird or mystical; maybe something we would only expect pastors or very “spiritual” people to be able to do. But the good news is that God wants to speak to every believer, including you, and hearing his voice is actually much simpler than we make it. We often don’t even realize the many ways he may be speaking to us throughout the day.
But when we learn how to listen for his voice in our lives, it changes everything. We discover that He sees us so much better than we see ourselves, and faith becomes exciting!
That’s why we are introducing the 10-week study, 4 Keys to Hearing God’s Voice. We will unpack how scripture shows us every believer can hear God’s voice. We will also explore the different ways God can speak to us, as well as practical tips for learning to hear his voice in our everyday lives.
Jesus was known as the very Word of God, and we want to teach you how to hear the many words he is speaking to you. Are you ready to dive in?
Good Friday Service
Join us this Good Friday, April 3 at 10 AM as Christian Victory Church and Kawartha Community Church come together for a special Good Friday service.
This meaningful service will be a time of reflection, worship, and remembering the incredible sacrifice Jesus made for us.
During the service, there will also be an opportunity to be water baptized. If you have been thinking about taking this next step in your faith, we would love to celebrate with you.
