Proverbs 22:6 NIV: "Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it" Message: "Point your kids in the right direction - when they're old they won't be lost." NLT: "Teach your children to choose the right path, and when they are older, they will remain upon it." CVC runs a full Nursery and Toddler program on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings. All our children join the main service for the first couple of songs and are then dismissed to their individual programs. The Nursery (0 - 18 months) is on the main level, on the right-hand side, just past the staircase and before the washrooms. The Toddler area (18 months - 4 years) is on the lower level, down the stairs past the coffee station, past the downstairs washrooms, and on the left hand side of the corridor. 	The Nursery area is very safe and secure, and provides an excellent play area for the kids. The area is equipped for babies, with a dedicated area provided for moms who need to nurse, and also for our active toddlers who need, amongst other things, a wide selection of balls, trucks, dolls, slides, colouring, play-doh and cookies! All the workers in our children's areas have up-to-date criminal record checks and are required to be attedning members of the church for at least six months before being released to join the team. In addition to the fun and creative play, we also have a teaching program for the kids involving supervised games, songs, stories and activities. Our goal is to provide an safe atmosphere where fun and laughter are constantly in evidence, and where kids experience the love of God through His Word and our service, every time!
